$4,500.00 payment to the partnership. (We do offer a payment plan)
Ownership in an undivided piece of property, voting rights, & ability to sit on the board of directors. (once partnership payment is paid off)
Equity memberships are transferable and retain 80% of market value when sold (conditions apply).
Guest fees waived for immediate family.
Year round access to property.
Clubhouse.
Free, fresh, hot coffee and tea is served daily.
Breakfast & lunch is available in the dining room with a nice, warm fire.
During the off season, the clubhouse is available to rent for private parties.
Interim.
$1500.00 per year

Introductory Hunts.
$100 per person
2 birds included (Cleaning fee not included)
Any bird after that will be $30 plus a $3 cleaning fee (each bird) if necessary.
Property tour is available before hunts upon request.
Access.
Year round activities and events, including our annual member picnic.
Clay target shooting (bring your own clay’s or purchase in clubhouse).
Rifle Range (about 200 yards).
Dog training areas.
Heated dog wash with soap provided (bring your own towels).
Camping, fishing, and picnic area available during the off season.

Our downstairs locker room includes a shower for anyone needing to wash up before a long ride home.
